Aloha, Hawaii Sail and Power Squadron is Hawaii's largest non-profit boating education organization based on the island of Oahu. Our membership is comprised of sail boaters, power boaters, and paddlers. We have members that have been power or sail boating all their lives as well as some just starting to learn. Although owning a boat is nice you do not have to be a boat owner to join in the fun!

Our members come to us to learn first. We offer a full line of Hawaii boating classes, seminars and certifications that are high quality, affordable and taught by award wining instructors that are certified by our national organization, by the Nation Safe Boating Council and the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators. You will learn about Hawaii boating safety in basic and advanced boating classes. Our power or sailing classes will help you become the best skipper you can be and train your crew to be at their best too!

100th Anniversary. Our organization is celebrated it's 100th anniversary in 2014.

Boat license for Hawaii. Hawaii does not have a boat license requirement instead a safe boating education course is required after November 10, 2014. The good news is our basic boating class called America's Boating Class fulfills this requirement. We cover Federal and State rules plus we have the most knowledgeable and award winning instructors in Hawaii.  Our class can be completed in three classes and is the most popular boating class in Hawaii.
